Developing Staff Skills – Prince 2

Four of our staff members have recently had exams in Prince2. This is internationally recognised, industry standard project management training, and its principles allow projects to be managed in a controlled manner, within budgets or timeframes.

Our staff have hit the books and have undergone online exams, with the aim of applying Prince2 to our organisation. The good thing about Prince2, is that it can be adapted to any project of any size or complexity, from a one-day conference to a large multi-year, barrier easement project. We think that all of our projects in future will benefit by this type of project management training, and we want our management staff trained to this high standard.
