Fish in the Class Crowdfunder Launched!

Our crowdfunder has officially opened.

Rivers are treasured by many communities, and teaching younger generations of the wonders that can be found on their doorstep is vital to instil a sense of stewardship in our young people. Fish in the Class works with schools to provide an engaging and fun learning experience for children around the Forth.

Fish in the Class has been running since 2009, when we started out with one member of staff, some willing volunteers and only a handful of schools. Since then, we have grown the project to engage more schools and even more pupils. We need your help to continue this work and engage future generations in the stewardship of our rivers and everything that relies on them. We are looking for donations – big or small, to support our efforts. Each contribution helps us support younger generations to connect with their local river by raising brown trout in their classrooms!
