We will be leading a guided walk to the Falls of Leny from Callander Meadows as part of Callander’s Landscape. The guided walk will start in Callander and we will head to the Falls of Leny along the cycle path where we will hopefully see salmon leaping. The Trust will be chatting along the way about the river wildlife that can be found in rivers near Callander.
The Walk is roughly 8km on mostly accessible paths and should last about 3 hours. To view the falls, we will need to leave the main path and follow small narrow tracks through the woods which may not be suitable for everyone.
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 so booking is essential. Sturdy footwear and suitable outdoor clothing is recommended. You might also like to bring lunch or a snack for when we are at the falls. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
